Our attorney directories are specifically optimized for attorneys who practice bankruptcy law consumer protection law.  The number of directory pages and the amount of web copy space that is dedicated to each law firm depends on the number of attorneys who are listed for their particular state.  Each directory page is specifically optimized for an attorney's specific state.  To learn more about this service, please see our complete description.

Our Directory will help attorneys refer potential clients to one another.  Bankruptcy attorneys may choose to refer their clients to Lawyers who bring Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) lawsuits and vice versa.  In addition attorneys will be able to refer people to our website so they can contact a FDCPA or bankruptcy lawyer in their own state.    

Upon the completion of our site, we will provide attorneys with up-to-date case law on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and bankruptcy law, specific to certain debt collection agencies and specific sections of the FDCPA.
