Our
FDCPA and Bankruptcy attorney directories consist of two primary
directories for FDCPA attorneys and two primary directories for
bankruptcy lawyers. We also have our main directory that lists
both FDCPA and bankruptcy attorneys. The purpose of these directories is to help
consumers find you and your law firm while searching online. Most
people these days find attorneys while searching the Internet. Many of them search for attorneys using
Google, MSN, yahoo, or many of the other search engines that are
available to online searchers. Once you contact us to be listed in
one or all of our directories, your information will be available to
those seeking attorneys online. Our directories are optimized according
to practice area (FDCPA or bankruptcy), geographic location, and your
specific attorney and law firm information. Descriptions of our
directories are listed below.
Directory Types:
1. FDCPA
and Bankruptcy State
Directory Pages: These directories are our most focused directory type. If
you choose to be listed in one of our state directory pages, your
listing will be placed in a directory just for your state and practice
area (FDCPA, bankruptcy, or both). Placement in these directory
pages is based on the order in which we receive your inclusion request.
For instance, if you are the first firm or attorney who requests to be
listed in one of these pages, your information will appear at the top of
the page. Moreover, if you remain the only attorney or law firm
listed on one of these pages, we will fill most of the page with
information about you or your law firm, therefore, avoiding an empty
page. The idea behind this directory type is its ability to be found online
when a potential client searches for an attorney in your particular
state. An example of a typical search that a consumer debtor might
perform for example might look like this: "FDCPA Lawyer MN" or
"Debt Collection Abuse MN." Our hope is that your state directory
page will be one of the top pages that show up in the searcher's search
results page.
2. FDCPA and Bankruptcy Directory
Pages: These
directories consist of two separate directory pages, one for FDCPA
attorneys and the other one for bankruptcy attorneys.

States Attorney Directory: Our third directory type is our broadest and least
concentrated directory. This directory will list every
attorney who has signed up to be listed on our website. The
page is divided into two sections, one for bankruptcy attorneys and
the other for FDCPA attorneys. Information provided on this
website will contain the attorney's name, law firm name, address,
telephone number, e-mail address, website information, and practice
areas. The listings in this directory are listed
alphabetically by state.
